Delivery Information & Charges

Our delivery options and costs may vary. View what's currently available at checkout.

Orders should be made before 14:00 Hrs for a same day dispatch.

UK delivery (2-5 working days) £5

European EU delivery (5-7 working days) £30

Outside of EU (Rest of the world 3-7 working days) £60

All orders are supplied with a tracking reference number by our preferred delivery service providers.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/text containing a tracking reference number to track your orders progress online. If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account.

Products being delivered to a destination outside of the UK may be subject to import duties/taxes. The buyer will be responsible for any such charges.

Returns

We accept returns on all items purchased via our website within 14 days of receipt.

Under current UK Law, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact us, via email with any issues or return requests, explaining the reason why a return is needed.

Return requests are approved within 48 hours.

Please note your return will be rejected if submitted after 14 days of receipt.

Items should be returned in the same condition as sent out.

All tags must be attached. If a tag has been tampered with or removed your item may be rejected and returned back to you. You could be asked to cover the delivery cost of rejected items including any import taxes/duties.

Return postage is at the buyers cost & responsibility until it has arrived safely with us.

We highly recommend returning your items using a tracked & signed for service.

Products being returned/delivered from outside of the UK may be subject to UK import duties/taxes. The buyer will be responsible for any such charges.

You will be notified via email once your return has been approved and will be sent our returns address.
